Organic wholewheat flour, freeze dried pumpkin powder, freeze dried veggie powder (broccoli and kale), unsweetened organic oat milk, tri-colour quinoa, rolled oats, organic jasberry rice, organic brown rice, organic red rice, red lentils, yellow lentils, chia seeds, amaranth seeds, organic brown flaxseed, mustard seeds, dried calendula flowers, dried rose buds, dried chamomile, dried rosemary.
Storage instructions:
Refrigerate and store in ziplock packaging, away from fruits and vegetables. Can be kept for up to 4-6 weeks once opened. Store in freezer to extend shelf life.
