Ready to spoil your feathery friend? 🥳 Browse our product categories, click on the items that catch your eye, and add them to your shopping cart. When you're ready for checkout, fill in your shipping and billing info, review your order, and hit "Place Order" to seal the deal!

What payment methods do you accept?

We've got you covered with a variety of payment options, such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Choose the one that suits you best!

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We take your security seriously, just like we do with parrot safety. 🦜🔒 Our store is hosted on the Shopify platform, which provides industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect your payment info.

2. Shipping and Delivery

How much is the delivery fee?

Good news! Shipping is free when you spend S$60 or more (within Singapore). For orders between $30 and $60, we offer 50% off the prevailing delivery fee. For orders below $30, the full delivery fee is charged (S$3.80).

Alternatively, you may opt for Self Collection and it will be free of charge!

Note: For Bird Cakes, there is a flat delivery fee of $12.00 regardless of total order value. That is because they require special handling! You may also self-collect the cakes for free!

How can I track my order?

Eager to follow your order's journey? 🚚 Once it's shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress on the courier's website.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 3 working days unless otherwise stated. For pre-order items such as food, please refer to this page for more details. Delivery takes around 2-3 working days.

Why is my order taking so long?

Due to hygiene concerns, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and their feathered companions. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any items. 🦜💕

How do I store food items purchased from you?

To ensure the freshness and quality of your bird treats and cakes, we recommend following these storage guidelines:

Once received, it's best to store the food items in the refrigerator ❄️. The cool temperature helps maintain the nutritional value and keeps the food fresh for your feathered friend.

If you have purchased a larger quantity of bird food or want to store it for a longer period, the freezer ❄️ is a great option. Freezing the food items extends their shelf life and helps retain their nutritional properties over an extended period.

Remember to use airtight containers or resealable bags to protect the bird food from moisture, odors, and potential contamination. This ensures that the food remains fresh and appealing to your bird.
